Richard Alawode

PhD Researcher

Bio

I am a passionate Research Data Scientist with a strong foundation in environmental physics, data analysis, and climate modeling. My research interests lie at the intersection of atmospheric science, climate modeling, and data science, aiming to tackle pressing global challenges like climate change.

Research Interests

I am engaged in the development of a Python-based package for climate storylines, enabling the exploration of forced responses in large-scale remote drivers such as Arctic Amplification and the stratospheric polar vortex. My work bridges scientific insights with practical tools to advance our understanding of climate systems.
